it's absolutely what you do

Lol @ people who think he just has 10 billion dollars in cash laying around

Cuban should really STFU about money though, he got lucky on one project (that completely tanked after he sold it) and hasn't done anything since

and WTF kind of country are we living in where people are begging for a presidential candidate to take money from donors :mindblown::mindblown:
The biggest misconception about Cuban is that he got "lucky" or is a one hit wonder. He was a self made millionaire () before broadcast, that's how he got the money to buy into it in the first place. Also what he's done with the Mavs is nothing to overlook as well. Before them, they were the epitome of shytty never will be shyt sports franchises. Only winning 40% of their games. After he bought them they won 75% of their games, made the playoffs in every season except one and won a championship.

MicroSoultions, Broadcast, Dallas Mavericks. I'd say that's three major hits right there not including whatever random startups and angel investments he's been involved with.

"funding" campaigns shouldn't cost that much.

If anything candidates should be given the same amount of funds. That way we can see who can do the most with the exact same amount.

The same country where people think socialism is the devil and :mjpls: to things like food stamps, yet gives away millions of dollars a year to bullshyt campaigns.
"Socialism never took root in America because the poor see themselves not as an exploited proletariat but as temporarily embarrassed millionaires"

A lot of these really wealthy cats have their bread hidden in the companies they own, not in a savings or checking account. Liquidating assets can be a bytch, but not stock.

When you see all these cornball lists (esp Forbes) estimating cats wealth, that ain't liquid. Most of it is companies they own/are a part of and other investments.

It's not shocking that Trump doesn't have the liquid bread he needs to run his campaign. His wealth is in all the shyt he owns.

Trump is a bit different. Much of his proclaimed worth isn't tied to any tangible "asset" other than his inflated value of his brand Trump ($3 billion). The same brand that produced the failed vodka, failed steaks, failed airline, failed travel search engine, the guy even tried to start one of those mlm/pyramid scheme sort of things that failed. He started a mortgage company in 2006 :francis: I think he's still a billionaire considering this but just barely.
