Pretty much. People want to see these brawls where dudes lack defense and just swing. There is no combat sport where getting hit is a good thing. I don't know why these numbskulls don't get it. Diego Corrales was undefeated when floyd beat his ass, ricky hatton was the most known fighter ever in the UK and undefeated,floyd knocked his ass out, Manuel marques is a mexican legend, floyd beat him wit EASE, and pacman struggled wit em, bob arum wldnt let oscar DLH fight floyd when they were both top rank cause oscar was the cash cow, soon as floyd left top rank....he beat oscar ass, robert guerrero was 33-1, floyd beat his ass. miguel cotto aint no chump..floyd beat his ass. You think of the fights he ducked, they really had potential to be classic fights- Pacquiao, Tsyzu, Williams, Margarito, PRIME Cotto, PRIME Mosley, PRIME DeLahoya, Martinez.

floyd aint duck cotto...cotto was wit top rank at the same time floyd was and Bob Arum knew Cotto wasnt ready for floyd and he cldnt fight cotto after floyd left top rank because top rank and GB fighter dont fight each other...cotto had to leave bob arum and top rank to get that floyd fight. and he didnt fight DLH because DLH was bob arums cash cow when him and mayweather was both on top rank and bob aint set it up, Paul williams is too tall and was fightin in like 3 different weight classes and Paul wasnt a big name at that time, Floyd called mosley out too and mosley made an excuse about having a tooth ache or dental issues or sumthin...Alot of these people aint want none of floyd before the DLH fight because he wasnt a household name and was high risk little reward at that time

he fought him when the fight was available to be made...it wasnt possible to make the fight earlier on because Oscar was the PPV star and floyd was little known and on the come up. Oscar wldnt have beat him no way...he lost almost all his major fights against people that could fight
