if these idiot owners would make the stadiums multi use and had more attractions and events open to the public, this wouldn’t even be an argument.

how hard would it be to open the stadium during the summer to host NBA finals viewing parties? allow schools and companies to do flag football tournaments at the stadium? Do themed dance party nights during the summer? (mind you none of these events should cost more than $100 per person)
