I just saw on WGN news that this fukking kid has his own locker in the clubhouse and was running around with his own kids sized uniform and cleats. I mean :aimcon:

Was he at least the batboy or something else that could have in some way justified this?

I'm not :mjpls: but some posts in here are reaching more than anything. Dude has played over a decade in the league and made tens of millions of dollars I'm sure he'll be okay :rudy:
And he wanted to spend more time with his kid. Since when was that a bad thing :rudy:
His time in the big leagues was getting limited anyways :rudy:

Man :camby:

boycott???

they ain't gon do shyt.

let me know the stipulation that mandates that one gets to take they kid to work every day. fukk outta here.
Not for nothing, but listening to the LeBatard Show earlier, and that ESPN news break (that they play during every commercial break, SMH) said that it (his kid being there) was agreed to when he signed, and that he wouldn't have signed if they hadn't agreed to it.

and this can't be ignored either:

Whole thing is just a shyt show.

If cats can't see the racial undertones in this.....
Good Lord, it has nothing to do with race. It's workers vs. management. Baseball players are very protective of their clubhouse, and the higher-ups coming in trying to change shyt isn't appreciated. Take your race bullshyt outta here.

I understand Adam LaRoches feelings but as a dad I think it actually sets a poor example for his son. Sometimes we need to accept that there are boundaries in and out of work and that they should be respected. Baseball like any other sport relies on a lot of different personalities and some of guys probably feel stifled having to hold back f-bombs and not tell stories about smashing some single mom in the back of a loaded chevy truck. Or not crack open a beer or take an 'aspirin'. The manager's request was very reasonable. All he said was don't bring you son every day, he didn't say 'keep that pimple faced fakkit out my lockerroom :camby:
