13 mil would represent nearly 20% of his current earnings from the MLB

I don't know how to explain it more clearly :ld:

No, I feel you bruh.... I really do...... but again..... he aint a spring chicken.... he's probably made a great chunk in his "over a decade career" (do you not agree).

And just to be clear, so you're saying he's leaving nearly 20% of his earnings meaning he's already receive nearly 80%

So in essence he's already made nearly 52 million? Is this what you're saying?:ld:

fukk him and his kid. If I was in that club house as soon as they left id breathe a sigh of relief and yell "FUUUUUUUCK"

I felt so bad for dapping that but there is truth in that, LOL I just got hit up for a job on linkedin that would be 100% telecommuting even though the office is like 15 minutes from the crib. I may ask if I can just roll in on days where I don't feel like hearing noise lol

Dawg, I been worked my from home the last two and a half years. The times my kids are off, I be wanting to go hit up Starbucks just to get away.

it was reported that Chris Sale got into an argument today over the issue..

So basically the clubhouse is divided, but the players who dont want the lil nikka there is keeping quiet...

Or a "higher up"is making this call and making Williams take the heat for it..

If it was included in his contract, then why is it an issue now and who is making it an issue??

No matter the case, the GM and the GM only is being left out there to dry...

Why the people who made this an issue is nowhere to be found..
In a healthy workplace, an employee should be able to address concerns anonymously.

They didn't even ban the kid, they just asked for some sort of compromise. Getting paid 13 million a year for how little he was producing, I don't think its unfair for them to at least ask him to scale it back if others complained or if they simply don't want to encourage others to turn the clubhouse into a day care center for everyone.

The main mistake laroche did was thinking he had power in the situation. He's a 36 year old DH who bats around .200. He should be happy to be in the MLB at this point in his career.

This shyt is strange...

I think the gm is being set up

I don't know about Rick Hahn. But To be honest, Kenny Williams is unfireable in this town. He was the GM that got Jerry his coveted World Series ring. Only thing that's happened between then and now is he got promoted from GM to president :salute:

Kenny is eating the bullet for everyone because he doesn't travel with the team everyday like the manager and the GM.

Hes basically putting it all on his shoulders, I respect it.

All this plus like I mentioned, Kenny is untouchable in this town. Jerry would NEVER fire him.

And what have they done since? Their farm system is pathetic and so will the team be for the foreseeable future.

I'm a Cubs fan, but going to wrigley is :trash:

Games at the cell are very enjoyable. Cheap ass tickets. Great food and seating is comfortable. Plus it's easy to get in and out the stadium and the concourses are so wide. I love going to sox games. also the sox have a ticket u buy where u can eat as much food and drink unlimited liquor for 90 min prior to the game. shyt is fun as hell. I'm doing it again next month. It's only like $60. I'll eat and drink all that and then some.

Last time I went to a sox game with my pops and bro, they had $1 hot dogs. I bought 20 of them shyts cuz we already were getting shytfaced in the parking lot.

The entire Cubs experience is not good. Maybe the rehabbed wrigley is better. But who knows at this point.

I went to the Crosstown Classic at The Cell, it was a group outing with a mix of Cubs and Sox fans. It was a great experience and nothing crazy happened.

Love and bonding is great, but damn, I"m sure the kid would at 14 years old....................................... would just like to hang out with other kids and shiit.........you know teenage stuff..........why take him away from that experience.....while dad is bringing home the bacon, and creating an easier future for the kid.... :snoop:. ....:yeshrug:
