I'm pretty sure they wouldn't throw a great villain like that in the bushes for a simple plot twist but we talking about it ruining what a decent movie up until then

I thought the movie was pretty trash across the board however....

In the "Thor 2" DVD/Blu-Ray there's a Marvel short movie called "All Hail The King" which is a fake documentary about Trevor, the guy playing The Mandarin. Towards the end of the guy interviewing Trevor, he kills everyone in the room then says the real Mandarin would like a word with Trevor.

Doesn't make the movie any better but
