That same author had a dope article with the agents talking about it to. Where some agents mentioned how they had got guaranteed contracts from teams only for the team to turn around and sign someone else and leave them hanging. Or how they rush to get lesser players quicker deals before money dries up because they know they aren't worth the money. Worth seeking out.
