Not sure how the educational system is but if they know prior that they have to work in the country for 5 years in exchange for the free education then it's not bad. But not leaving the country at all is nuts and will cause the opposite affect
What are the career expectations of Nigerians who see this treatment that you speak of with respect to healthcare professionals in their country, and still choose to pursue higher education in these fields in Nigeria?
