I wonder if the people supporting an eye for an eye would feel the same way in the future if their own offspring are involved in a road accident where someone dies. Let's see you be okay with some dumbass shooting them dead because of it.

Story sounds like horrible luck and the father mentally snapping

Like others have said, they already were down bad running out of gas and walking at 630am, as a father you already gotta feel like a loser, then someone hits your child right in front of you

He already felt like his life was over by the time he pulled the trigger most likely :francis:
People who witness something catastrophic to a loved one may go into a state of shock. All bets are off in terms of rational action. Terrible story.

That’s easy for you to respond to this but it’s literally impossible for you to put yourself in the shoes of a man who had to watch his son be struck and die, accident or not.
No it’s not. Not to the point where you grab a gun, point it at someone, and pull the trigger. You gotta have more self composure and restraint than that. You cannot lose sight of the seriousness of what you are doing. Physically attack him with hands? Sure that’s understandable. But to take his life for no justifiable reason? Nah. So now if he has any other kids they will only see him thru bars. Congratulations.

Yeah cause you definitely will act normal when your son is killed and you just killed the person that did it right?

Cause when your son was killed and you killed the murderer you sat by the body right?
Cause you def have that experience to judge right?

Right?:camby:
His son wasn’t murdered. It was an accident.

Gonna feel like that times a trillion while being locked up thinking about 1) having his family out on the road walking that early without gas, resulting in 2) his son being killed in front of his eyes, resulting in 3) him shooting his son’s killer likely on emotion and impulse. That shyt gotta play out over and over in his head.

Not judging or wishing ill will at all, but some dudes under all of that choose to or at least think to “commit that” :francis: at some point

I Hit a drunk person that stumbled into the road before. stayed there until the police and ambulance came. They actually had to med evac him with a helicopter. Don't know if he lived or died because i never heard back about it. but the thought never occured to just leave him in the street and drive away like nothing happened. Fortunately there was no crazy person there to shoot me and leave us both to die without calling an ambulance
This literally has NOTHING in relation to wtf the father in this situation dealt with! :mjlol:

Obviously much of the story is left out. We all vision this man immediately killing the driver and leaving his kid. Maybe that's what happened, but maybe theres more to tje story. But a good lawyer can get him off. We shall see.

How you know? And Do you think the father gave a fukk? His son was killed.
Uhhh because I can read? They are walking on the side of the road and he is hit by a car. He stays around and calls for help. Yeah dude apparently he didn’t give a fukk. Duh. So he should keep the same energy while he’s in prison for the next couple decades while he’s away from the rest of the family and not give a fukk.
