The Grammys only respects weirdo so called artistic Hip Hop or rappers who break billboard records smh. Nas will have to dye his hair blonde to get a nomination it seems.

My predictions for RAOTY:
  • Kanye - Donda
  • Tyler - CMIYGL
  • Lil Nas X - Montero
  • Drake - CLB
  • Nas - KD2
I wouldn't be surprised if Lil Nas takes that tbh. :francis:
Feels like the 1st 4 are locks. Looks like it'll be Nas and J. Cole battling for that 5th spot...

It'll be a bit of a surprise if Nas dont get nominated for rap album of the year for KD 2 but its also gonna be tough depending on what direction they go. I dont think Lil Nas X gets nominated in the Rap category cause he aint rapping too much and theres an actual quota for that.

But I can see J Cole, Tyler (Whos probably gonna win) getting nominated and then Drake and Kanye could get a spot...theres also a chance Megan Tha Stallion could get nominated since he album was wild mainstream and they may look to put a woman and less underground (which was an odd complaint last year)

That leaves out: Benny the Butcher, Migos (I didnt like the album but you know, they big), DJ Khaled (Doesnt deserve it but its Khaled so you never know) Busta Rhymes, Kid Cudi, Lil Simz...maybe Nas too

One publication predicted DMX for a posthumous grammy but that album wasnt really good so I dont know
