I'm 36 with 2 kids. Had my first at 28.

Was nervous at first but wouldn't trade away my babies for anything in the world.

I use the roller coaster analogy.

Before 30, you are at the beginning, going up hill on a roller coaster in life. From 25-30 is all about finishing school, gaining work experience in your feild, getting certs, etc etc. You have have kids at 30, you're able to get over the top and ride that roller coaster

You have kids before that, with nothing accomplished, it becomes harder and harder for your to get to the top of the hill. All that extra weight you put on the roller coaster would make it harder. Some in that situation make it over the hill, but most never reach their full potential
