Over a year later, can we all admit that Life is Good was a dud?

I didn't really like it and I consider myself a nas stan.

First 4 tracks started off perfect but it kind of dips from then on, doesn't really heat up either.

The concept of daughters was solid but the execution was real predictable. I fukking hate the song with amy winehouse. Predictable is a good word to describe the album actually.

Yo I loved Cherry Wine!

Album was dope, but I haven't played it for a few months, it's been sitting in my CD stack starting at me, I'll give it burn over the holidays though. Definitely a top 5 album from last year.

Solid album, certainly worthy of a listen now and in the future. This album was a track like "Hero" from being very very good though. Accidental Murderers and Summer on Smash were :huhldup::huhldup:

the highlight of the album to me was Officer Ricky washing Nas on Accident Murderers

Overrated imo. One of my least favorite Nas albums.

didnt really like it all that much, nas has stayed semi relevant because of illmatic and it was written if he dropped that album as a new artist everybody would just say actually critic the way it was...nikkas were saying classic before nas even dropped a single track off the album
