I went to UF for undergrad and my first masters. I just decided to stay in gvill while I do my mba since my work is here but I do plan to leave once I'm done with my mba. I'm from broward.

I'm really good friends with a 38 year old and she knows I'm going through some thangs (divorce). So she's pretty much been there supporting me. I just recently told her that I turned 34 and I think that I need to wait a few years before I get into a real relationship. She basically said I should have anything to worry about because I'm really good looking, have college degrees and got my shyt together. I told her I have a bit of a belly, I'm not fat, but I can do some damn situp s everyone once in a while lol. She was like "Blaxican", females my age don't care if you got a gut - we looking if you got a career" (which I do), not a job - she says there is a difference. She says "We looking to see if you college degrees. All that dumb shyt that these 21 year old girls looking out for, these 'ballers' don't mean anything anymore". She said that they are looking for a man that they can guild something with quality with. I believe it.

While I did dual enrollment at bc, I had to take the city bus and it went through mlk boulevard. boy I tell you, from prostitutes and pimps to all sorts of sexual deviants.
I had this crackhead come up to me propositioning me to give him fellatio, dude pulled it out and everything
Other than that, ely was always on lockdown during my freshman year. I remember we couldn't go to Omars bc they had shot and killed working at the gas station next door
And it was automatic to bring out the horses during Haitian flag day cuz it was so crazy.
But over the years, they have kicked out the inner city kids and placed them at places like Dave Thomas and increased the enrollment of magnet kids from other cities. I realized this when we became an "A" school.

I guess Betas would be average looking Black men. A black man who isn't particularly physically set apart(not tall, not drop dead handsome, not muscular) yet he still has a bright future in terms of employment and life goals. I guess that's what OP meant by Beta Males.
