Private school is definitely worth it.

I was private schooled, my private school was in the burbs outside of Philly, but they helped a lot of kids attend with scholarship money and stuff

The black kids came from a range of backgrounds, some from the worst parts of Philly some with rich ass PhD parents, we all went to good universities We keep our gc alive with about 15 of us, in that group you have 2 Harvard, Princeton, Northwestern, Cornell, BU, Carnegie Mellon, etc.

I know really smart kids who went to other high schools, some smarter than us with better test scores and stuff, but our school's name held weight with universities and that goes a much longer way than people realize.

It's a major advantage.

....
Spend on them
... they are the future... your future ...

How they end up is up to you to a great extent ...

It's a better environment to generalize ...

Safer to generalize

Small more focused classes and better resources

Plus the right school will motivate them to soar in life...

I remember going to a private school in my early years in elementary schools. I hated it, and being the one of the rare black faces in school didn't help either.

I would say test scores and extra curriculum matters more, complimented by afterschoool/weekend school programs
You can have all of that at a good school, and those schools do a better job of providing the opportunities to bump up your resume. My school had 1/3rd of the graduating class attend Ivy League schools, so not even counting the kids who went to MIT, Stanford, Northeastern Vanderbilt, etc. and I know kids who went to a phenomenal public school with better grades, extracurriculars, test scores, all of that and got rejected by the top universities our A-B students got into.

At a top university, it's clear how many of the other kids went to great high schools and there are a lot of kids here with tons of other kids from their high schools who got in.

Its no different.... Same curriculum..... The only difference is you pay money so your kids can wear funny uniforms and be "prestigious"

I did that shyt my whole life... It was just for my parents ego... My public school homies was learning the same shyt.

If you live in a good neighborhood , a public school is the same as a private school in terms of what the children learn
100% facts key word is IF though.
