Mobb were featured in the Source in July 91 as Hav and P.

SCC was a C level west coast rap group who didn’t drop an album until 92, and it wasn’t on a major label.
South Central Madness is the debut studio album by American rap group South Central Cartel. It was released on January 22, 1992 through Pump Records with distribution via Quality Records.

Mobb were right to confront them for stealing their names and SCC was shook, according to Prodigy who never lied or exaggerated about anything.

U gotta deal with this single came out in 1991

And SCC made lots of classic music

I don't know what to think of this because this would be one of the craziest coincidences in history....but at the same time SCC wasn't a well known group.

It would be like a west coast group having the same names as The Boogiemonsters. Weird yeah, but most people don't even know who the fukk Boogiemonsters are.

His Prodigy impersonation LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. :laff:

He also spoke on this on Lonzo's show, said they confronted him and Havikk about it in Atlanta and although he was indifferent about the whole thing it seemed like it meant something to Mobb Deep; he was also adamant about saying they looked like lil kids lmao:

Definitely not a coincidence that would be some mind altering shyt. Somebody either just stole the names or suggested them without the rappers knowing they were already taken which is crazy. Prodigy did a song on a west coast album before Poetical Prophets and body remember who that was with?

The Set
But MJ didn't even write Butterflies lol
It was one of those songs, his an excerpt from article. I'm still looking for vid.
“We went and met with Michael, and Kenny said, ‘Michael, you’ve got to stop. We’ve got an incredible show, we don’t need any more vignettes.’ Michael said, ‘But Kenny, God channels this through me at night. I can’t sleep because I’m so super-charged.’ Kenny said, ‘But Michael, we have to finish. Can’t God take a vacation?’ Without missing a beat, Michael said, ‘You don’t understand — if I’m not there to receive these ideas, God might give them to Prince.’”
