Harbaugh ain't goin to the Raiders bruh. Even if he did, the raiders would still be trash. It's deeper than personell, deeper than a coaching change, the raiders have a bum ass culture of habitual losing, a culture of trashy fans, a team and fan base that takes pride in doin dumb shyt.
A shythole of a stadium that The city of Oakland refuses to fund to get a new one. Poor and inept ownership, a laughable front office, and a general manager who is highly unqualified and makes some of dumbest decisions.

I don't get the face. The Niners hadn't made the playoffs since 2002 [coincidentally the last time Oakland was in the playoffs as well] and in his first season there they were a fumbled punt away from the Super Bowl, then Super Bowl loss, then close NFC chip loss to the Super Bowl champ
