its struggling because coaching isnt doing shyt to make the offense better. there is zero reasons this offense should be sputtering against garbage teams.

the whole side responsible for offense (12, yes twelve coaches) needs to be gone. Harbaugh is loyal, so he probably will leave if everyone else fired as well. Im ok with this as long as he leaves us our defensive coordinator.

Defense is the reason Niners have been so good. as far as Im concerned, Harbaugh has nothing to do with defense besides bringing his D coaches in.

When the offense was playing well did Harbaugh deserve credit or no? The owner is clearly a spoiled idiot...Harbaugh's a great coach. And assembling a staff is a huge part of being a coach...those defensive coaches are there because of Harbaugh. Assembling a good staff is almost impossible these days. Huge mistake to let Harbaugh leave because the owner is some 35 year old spoiled brat.

even if thats true, kaepernick was handpicked by harbaugh twice, first time in the draft and next time over an incumbent qb,
kaep is harbaugh's guy.

And it looked like the right choice after he became the starter, but Kaep hasn't done anything to improve as a player. The physical tools are there to be great, but if he's satisfied with what he's become, not a lot Harbaugh can do about it.

I've been watching the same thing happen with Stafford in Detroit for six years. At some point, the player has to want to improve.

until raiders get a defense they wont be shyt. as long harbs doesnt grab fangio and put him on the raiders, I dont see that happening anytime soon. raiders lack the talent on both sides of the ball, but harroman offense cannot work with a shytty defense
