It's not about his looks. It's about him spending years in the NFL.
Not too unfeasible, he probably spent one full season actually running between the tackles full-time. Otherwise, he's been a secondary back/returner or a guy that caught the ball in space and relied on his elusiveness for yards.
Darren Sproles has been doing the same thing for the better part of a decade. Drafted a year apart, and their career stats are VERY similar.
They even have the exact same amount of career TD's.
