check how he begins his verses like "yeah what i say" and all that extra hype like he wasn't reading instead tried to sell that it was authentic when it really wasn't and if the camera wasn't in the studio at the time you would have thought that this nikka was just in there spitting without that bb and then when he got caught off guard and couldn't find a email or text or whatever it was that was being sent fast enough to match the beat its "I'm not gonna give em everything"
i don't know about a plant but i can see him getting pushed and then you gotta think why is that though
i never understood the purpose of a plant as y'all would say it cause at the end of the day is it just about the money aspect or is it they really just wanna take over hip hop
and a plant can't grow without the proper things needed and in this case an audience and then who's the real blame
and you know whats crazy is his albums really fukking suck to me i listen to some of his shyt when he is spitting i think the nikka is nice I tried to listen to all his albums and really couldn't at all not one of them and I'm not talking mixtapes I'm saying his albums

That's what I've been thinking this entire time. Its big money invested into this plant. Pussify the masses and rewrite history by callin him a MC that makes "hits". Its sad what the rap game has become. Yea we have mc s and underground and all that. But when u have a top guy who supposedly is the face of rap now being called out for not writing his shyt it's insane.

With this though? I'm not trolling. This is actually problem. This Is seriously not good for Hip Hop. The biggest rapper in the world has been exposed for having ghostwriters and you got a whole bunch of people moving the goal posts AFTER they hear a reference track which he copied word for word. Not only that, but seeing how the masses, celebrities, news reporters, companies, allwithout even a second thought. These are the same people who normally love to tear rappers down. They destroyed Kanye for that Taylor Swift incident.

The industry has been dictating our culture since its fruition. As soon as a record deal got made its been downhill ever since. They shut down consciousness completely by sayin the fans dont want it. The fans dont dictate what gets played. They get programmed. The entertainment industry can make u a star and break u down in the same breath. I remember when the fans would say get that shyt outta here. We live in a PC culture where everyone is so fukkin sensitive. You cant have a respectful oponion without being called a hater.
We dont respect our legends. We call them irrelevant becauee they're not on the sesame street station. I gave up on this mainstream shyt a long time ago.

100% correct and he probably knows deep inside he should have probably try to entice a Drake-type person to sign with him. I greatly respect 50 in the aspect of business (don't let the bankruptcy fool you). I'm sure he knows the power of the industry as well as anyone since he's been a rapper, brand, and worked in an executive level.

I Listened to pandora and radio heavy all through college middle of last decade. Didn't know who drake was until 2009 by way of the radio for best I ever had and saw his name pop up in sohh.
Everbody and they mama had whack verses when the south blew up middle of last decade....drake couldn't make a feature on a random snap track? Why was drake not on carter 3? I woke up one day and the radio going crazy about drake in 2009 and the mentioning he had a song with trey songz back in the day...and then he's on blueprint 3.
Cause when nelly dropped country grammar out of know where in 2000 I spoke about it word of mouth on Napster chat... and it had to gain organic steam and his album was just his people. It seems like drake was hott the flip of a switch and then featured on everything 2009 and then on.
