personally, i would give horrible testimony on purpose.. like, "we weelll I couldn't really tell, I sorta felt like my manager overrated, i mean overreacted.. I might have made a mistake and picked up a different bill that he didn't hand to me".. I really don't know. "

Idk who you people have been talking to or what movies you watch.... But police departments can subpoena you via phone and you are held in contempt if you don't show.

So I have a have a part time job at footaction. Like 2 weeks ago some dude came into my store and bought some Jordan slides. My manager was the one who did the transaction but after dude left she was like come check this hundred out... I look at the bill likethis shyt was printed crooked as fukk the ink was slightly darker than normal but I was like

I go to the back to "get change" (tell my manger) I go back out take the dude flip flops and I tell dude he need to leave. He starts arguing with me like give my money back etc.im like nikka I could call the police for this Monopoly money looking ass bill so he starts to leave the store. Next thing I see is like 6 officers running after this dude. I have never seen a nikka take off so fast in my life
I go back to work and about 30 minutes later those officers came back into the store and were like yea we had dude at gunpoint. They were like who was the one who called the police? My manager come out the back like

I didn't do anything. So yesterday I'm at my other job and I look at my phone I have like 6 missed calls from a number I never seen. I call the number back and say did someone call this number ? Yea this is the Durham police department issuing a subpoena for me to be in court on August 29 to testify as a witness. I'm like
this is optional right? Nope, and if I don't show up automatic warrant for my arrest
I don't wanna testify against anyone I just might go up there and plead the fifth to everything

I was in the court room early and shyt I see dude come into the court room with theI was sitting in the court room with all the other people who had cases that day too. So they were doing roll call and when they called my name I had to state why I was there. I raised my hand and said witness everyone looked back at me like
what happened? Are you snitching? did you see someone get bodied? So the case finally started thats when the bomb shell hit. This nikka is pleading not guilty.

. Anywho the case got continued after lunch and I have to go back in 2 weeks.
