I cant speak on Chicago cause I dont live there and never been there. How would I know if there is any opportunities for them or if they are just lazy.

The general statement as a whole is right though. That is kinda obvious. More opportunities and resources to do better can reduce crime within the community.

If there are illegals who are SYSTEMATICALLY getting more jobs than black people in TEMP LABOR, then we have an absolute problem. Im not trying to drag this into another illegal immigrant discussion...but the fact that there are DOZENS of class action lawsuits that are filed AND WON...lets you know that even on a minimal level, basic employment is not being afforded to black americans.

Actually, they were. And whats worse, over the last 30 years we have proof of this.

Temp labor is a refuge for people seeking honest, legal, beneficial and entry work.

It provides an opportunity for anyone needing it.

Think about ex-cons or small time offenders trying to go legit.
