Casual sports fan on here are terrible. Some of y'all looking foolish in here and getting embarrassed by posters putting up real stats instead of just guessing :mjlol:

In terms of Xs and Os he's not very good but in terms of his team having an identity and playing hard and keeping them motivated way he's good.

People are just talking out of their asses now. The reason he got the gig was he was a great 4-3 DC in Minnesota

Every time we play them he leaves a single linebacker on Gronk and never adjusts :yeshrug:

If that's good Xs and Os coaching to you then so be it

Bruh the bolder is the issue I have with him. It's like when he goes into a game against a scrub team they're walking around the practice field like "fukk them we could beat them in our sleep", I liken it to Tyson/Douglas.

Then when they play a team with playoff chances he's on everybody ass, see a nikka on the sidelines with some Beats on and its :camby:. I feel like the locker room culture is fukked up and it's because of him being too cool with the players, people tried to shyt on Ben for calling him out but I thought it was great, your coach who's supposed to be the leader is making some mistakes...so who better that the QB to call him out. You think if Belibytch was on some billshyt that Brady wouldn't call him out?
you sounding mighty :mjpls: right now

Tomlin has been wasting talent for a while now though. This team has to reach the conference championship

Pretend that they didn't almost beat Denver IN Denver with no Antonio Brown, no Le'Veon Bell and no DeAngelo Williams...and were only a third string RB (Fitzgerald Toussaint) fumble away from winning.

No way am I saying fire him. Steelers organization has always been stable. They very rarely have losing seasons no matter the coach

To me he's on a Cowher level. Very good not great

He's done too much goofy shyt the past few years. Between going for 2 uses of to's tripping players etc

Going for two is one of the things he's great at. When your offense is as good as it is, and you have a higher thn 50% rate on 2 pt conversions, you go for them. That's a cerebral move, something black coaches and players don't get credit for. The old dinosaur move is to not go for 2.

I'm telling you right now if you go back and look at the stats you will realize that those stats are because of who we played. Look when we played against good QB's they torched us.

Pittsburgh has benefited like a muthafuka because of our division, when we played good quarterbacks we got roasted. Our defense has always been built to have great defensive ends and linebackers to make up for the weaknesses we had in the secondary. Ever since Lake and Woodson bogoodd our secondary had been trash, we looked good because of our Dline (Smith was so fukking underrated) was so good that they could pressure, with that the QB had to get rid of the ball quicker which meant that even an open receiver could catch because he hadn't finished the route.

When we got to the Superbowl against the Packers I talked shyt all season about how bad we were and that the stats ain't mean shyt because Rodgers was gonna eat good and look what happened.

Basically good Cline along with some good/great linebackers can make you look like a great defense.

Look at what happened in Superbowl 43 when Arizona got protection and Warner had time to throw the ball...damn near lost that game but on that last drive we were able to get pressure and cause the sack/fumble give that man two/three more seconds and Fitz is probably open somewhere and Holmes catch me and nothing.

But you were implying that Cowher's team's played defense, yet Drew Bledsoe in 2001, Kelly Holcomb and Steve McNair in 2002, and Tom Brady in 2004 still passed on your ass. Pretend that it's only a Tomlin problem breh.
