League tried to crown Lebron after Bobbie Gibson shot him into the finals...Timmy wasn't having it
Lakers tried to build a super team...Kobe out here playing damn near 48 minutes a game to try and make it work...Timmy wasn't having it...sonned the lakers so bad kobe had to hobble out on crutches on some "it's going to be okay fellows" shyt
League wanted to crown Durant MVP cause they were tired of giving it to Lebron...Timmy walks into OKC...a place the spurs hadn't won in two years...proceeds to shyt all over Durcan't and Westbrick in the OT
Marched right on to the finals and just shytted on the Heat...now all that stuff they had stopped saying about Lebron...they saying again...
In a two year span Timmy set the leagues premier franchise back to the stone age...won a chip...and now might break up a superteam that can sleepwalk through the east to the finals ever year
All of this while he is approaching 40

Just saying though...the crutch the Kobe apologists are leaning on are the playoff head to head now. Too many variables go into those matchups (e.g. Kobe was young + shytty coach in 99), Spurs second leading scorer injured in 01, Shaq/Kobe hate each other in 03, Manu hurt in 08).
Head to head is a factor, just not sure it should be a deciding factor (esp. w/players who play two dif. positions).
