The raw talent they had at one point was TNA's saving grace. Now the best wrestlers on the planet are everywhere but TNA.

Tna need to overhaul everything. They just don't have the juice no more. 2014 was a good year for tna, but this is by far the worst year tna has had in probably 5 years.
Talent is leaving and seem like no new talent wants to associate themselves with tna because of their rep. Most of the indy talent is either in roh, njpw, or nxt.
Truth be told Dixie need to ask Jarrett if he can come back and help out the company. It was in better hands when had control over it.
