In my world, they DO and they CAN. I don't have any doubts about men- in reality. I was just addressing the skepticism that some people seem to have towards fidelity and trust in a relationship. I don't have any reason to cheat or even entertain that. I also have no reason for my children to not be a part of a household of me and my husband. Children deserve to be born into a loving supportive household. That can't happen if he and I are at odds or don't trust each other. Loyalty is so very important.

It can happen if you put your relationship apart. A kids relationship with his father or mother doesn't depend on the relationship between mother and father. If both of parents can be mature and don't use the child to get back at each other I think it can work out for the child.
