That is patently false, my ex wife got knocked up while we were going through divorce. We had to establish paternity and if the real father didn't step up, they would have put that child on me even though biologically, it wasn't mine but since we were married, it's mine.

Depends what state you in and how good your lawyer. Most states as long as you contest and initiate divorce before the baby is born you don't automatically get hit with paternity.

And this is why I'd love to see paternity test mandatory, before a father signs the birth certificate. This would cut down on the scandalous hoes that want to pull one over on someone and this saves everyone else from getting emotional about it as well.

but I know myself, him pulling something like that will 100% without a doubt ruin the relationship. I won't want to have sex with him, I won't want to cook for him, I wouldn't even want to be friends with him and there's no way to work that out because he's gonna want to get the next child tested. I think it's better for a child to have divorced parents instead of parents that just stayed together but hate each other.
