His accuser was not proven to be factual, and anyone who followed that case knows that.
Therefore, she as at the very least guilty of Libel with a side of Slander because she published something
she knew might be untrue.

And (like it seems I always have to say when something like this happens), as a person who makes their
livelihood from their ability to choose their words correctly, she should have a heavier responsibility than most.

I don't agree with her decision and believe she's trying to gain attention for herself. I just wanted to point out you can't be guilty of slander based on writing/text.
