That alone should light the bulb in your heads, while in NY we have Tuesday, our jobs have to allow you to take time to vote by law. Those provisions wouldn't be in place if your vote didn't matter.

I voted on sunday here in florida

Skipped the gov part

But made sure I voted for somebody I knew who was running for the school board that really cares and has a record of looking out for black students

And made sure I put yes on the amendment that allowed felons to get their voting rights back

Its extremely difficult in most states because you have to get a certain percentage of write ins the previous election in order to get on the ballot.

I dont totally agree. We disenfranchise people with the electoral college voter suppression and gerrymandering so it appears that way but we are far less conservative than it seems.
