Why black South Africans are attacking foreign Africans but not foreign whites

Keep believing Esau. Why were the people sold called Negroes instead of Africans? Those people know they were not selling their own people. The Dahomey Empire was the main slave trading empire in Benin and they traded rival tribes.

They did not trade their own people. The only reason why today slave trading tribes say that they traded their own people is because they are speaking from a nationality perspective after colonialism ended. Just like the so-called white man says he enslaved his own people in America, when so-called black people were never his people.

But you are too slow to see why they would today say that they traded their own brothers. That "brother" concept is completely nationalistic and stems from independence post colonialism.

You have never been to West Africa, I have been there 7 times and there I know the tribes that were the slave traders and who they targeted and the people are completely different, they even look different. Anybody that has been to Nigeria many times will tell you that you can tell the difference even in looks between tribes within a few months of being there. These are very different people even in mentality. Being dark skinned does not make you the same people. You would not call an Australian aborigine your brothers. i look at slavery like drug trafficking. it''s like blaming black people for selling drugs to their communities. sure, they shouldn't. but the whole drug trade is a system designed to keep black ppl in place.
the real beneficiaries of the slave trade weren't those african people. they did sell their people to a much larger economic system.

It isn't. It's a phrase thrown around by the elite. We're a country divided, struggling to right the imbalances of the past (and somehow managing to create new imbalances). This is just a symptom of those exact imbalances.
