She definitely looks "fat" by medical standards. Again, it's impossible to know if someone is healthy or not just by looking at them, unless they are deathly ill, so I wouldn't make such a judgment. But I still think she is very attractive. For my personal taste she could stand to gain a few. Again that is my point... you equate attractiveness with health, and "looking fat" with being unhealthy.
