Will we ever see another black female artist that actually looks like a black woman?

You need to get your eyes checked if you think they look alike.

The point is that had this guy been a midnight boy like myself black women would have been less receptive towards him.

True, colorism definitely goes both ways. However, you can't on the one hand call a damn biracial more "African" than others in one breath and say this in the other. :mjpls:

:russ: Yeah like they are to Idris Elba, Denzel Washington, David Banner, etc.? If there is one thing a dark-skinned black male doesn't have to worry about it's female attention.

I know its the best advice. You guys need to not have a sense of entitlement because no one is obligated to do shyt for you. Self reliance is important.

And I wont call any of you bedwenches until you start pushing negative messages against your own kind or joining some kind of propaganda campaign.

I'd wish you good luck on your journey....but i really couldnt care less either way.

Black men arent obligated to create this. If black women feel so strongly about it then by all means put your hands in the dirty and stop waiting for someone else to do it because no one owes you this. Be the change that you want to see instead of putting it all on someone else.

Thank you. Its like they think they have the right to tell someone that they cant find a light skin woman attractive. I really cant take them seriously with all the whining they do about what other people like when the same ones bytching have preferences of their own.

Im happy black men are waking up to these mind games.

THere you have it. Almost none of the black women that are in here whining are sincere in the least. This is about control over the black man's preferences and nothing more. :sas2:

Flap your cape if you want to but anyone who does is a fool.
That shyt is sooo see through just look through lsa they worship light skin women and biracials ladies.....until(ssometimes) they attack famous black females but go on tirades if a black male dates or have videos full of LS ladies

It's not blown out of proportion, it's swept under the rug. People are just now calling it out, but women have been getting a pass for decades. It's not about the one's saying it, it's about the one's living it. Over 70% of black babies are born to single mothers. Seems like a good portion to me. This single mother epidemic is directly related to this "I don't need a man" mentality. For the last 4-5 decades black women have been running around having babies by men who don't really love them and haven't committed to them because they can fall back on the system and get by.

I know that you'll come back with that "it takes two to make a baby....why don't you say something about black men abandoning their kids" deflection but that's beside the point here. You said women follow men, but the problem is that black women followed white men to being reliant on his system.
I get that, but my point is that the concept of race isn't about purity and all of that. You're only confusing yourself with the way that you're looking at race. Black is and always has been a general very inclusive term. Denying that because you don't agree isn't going to change anything. There's really no difference between mixed and black. Mixed folk who are visibly of African descent are classified as black. It's like that whether you like it or not.
have you ever left usa? because its not like that in the majority of the world
