Justifying it? No. But I understand what it is, so I get why a person of low character would fall victim to its trappings.

So I get it... but it is always sad, nonetheless.

Something as simple as a perm makes a black business woman's job so much easier... but it always hurts to see it.

Its gotten pretty bad when the examples people are posting of black female artists all have straight hair and mohawks and shyt.

I remember meeting Brandy back when she had the braids with the baby hair then I saw her on a magazine like a year back and her shyt all permed and dyed.

Everytime I'm in line at a store I'll look around to see how many black women I can count with natural hair. Usually its none. Sometimes 1 but only if there are like 10 there.

Very troubling times.

Many of the 90's babies women are the ones that came from interracial sexual relationships. Especially some lost brehs that said that black women were too much into ruffneck and thug type dudes back then.
