I had a help desk job my freshman year of college and this girl had a stutter though not as bad as the video she still took some time to finish what she wanted to ask me.
I didn't make any physical indications of surprise or uncertainty when I realized she was stuttering and she actually thanked me for that after I gave her directions
even though dude in the video did nothing wrong by making the
face and looking at his friends before answering it's gotta be annoying for that to always be how your received when talking to someone for the first time
