If I was Microsoft I would try and dominate the console/pc hybrid space in terms of hardware. Dominate the prebuilt landscape and make it a gamepass and steambox. I think that would be much better than a console. Like a console version of the service. Merge the two together. Instead of separating console and pc.

Without a fixed hardware configuration, they won't get the level of optimization that the PS5 does
