Unfortunetaly, this war will drag for a long time. Russia invested too much to leave with a L.

Russians will need to take at least Odessa to have a W. And they won't stop until then. And Odessa is a fortified place.

More death incoming. :francis:
Russia definitely needs Odessa due to the land corridor to Transitaria & to secure every existential threats in the Black Sea, thus making whatever is left of Ukraine landlocked. And that’s when all hell will break loose cos NATO needs Odessa & black rock companies have bought almost every asset there. NATO boots would enter the war once it gets to that point.

But Odessa isn’t as fortified as the DNR region. Soledar-Adveeka-Mariinka-Siversk (I don’t know if I spelt those cities/towns correctly) all the way to Slavyansk & Kromatorsk is the most fortified area on the planet. It’s where the Soviet Union built the last line of defense before Russia, in case of any war & Ukraine has also had 8yrs made it more sophisticated. There are tunnels, bunkers & all kinds of fortifications in that area hence the axis is meat grinder right now with WW1 trench warfare & both sides are fighting for every inch. Once Russia takes that area - everywhere else is mostly plain lands that can’t be defended & easy movement to Odessa.

Dnipro, Nikolaev & Kherson are plain lands & once Russia take those cities - that’s the land corridor they need to get to Odessa. What makes Odessa very tricky is, going there via amphibious landing (the coast is well fortified) - that would be suicidal. But going through Nikolaev would make their job easier. Odessa would have to be destroyed for them to take it. However, that would be a shame cos it’s one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

NATO & Ukraine are already planning for this hence all the tanks they’re sending right now. Once the war get to those plain lands - we’re going to see a lot of tank battles. I can’t wait - that would be one for the ages.

Shoot me a link to where you got the attrition rate Kia/wia.

Russia says 1,351 of its soldiers have died in the fighting in Ukraine, the first casualty update that Moscow has given in more than three weeks and a figure well below Western intelligence and Ukrainian estimates.

lol, you got it breh.

Not sure if this is a question or a statement. I also don't think this IG video is showing the support that you think it is. Russia; unless threatened with some kind of external existential threat is not launching a nuke at Ukraine. NATO and the US really just need to wait things out. Russia on the other hand has to bomb the country until it is completely unrecognizable which almost defeats the purpose of the invasion. They miscalculated incredibly and thought this would be over in 2-4 weeks.

It's really not about "is Ukraine winning the war?" It's that Russia should've conquered and annexed Ukraine at least 6 months ago...AT LEAST 6 months ago. If Russia was competent and not a cult of personality authoritarian state, they would've better measured the risks versus the reward. They have no allies on the world stage anymore except Belarus, DPRK, and Iran. Not even China. Putin literally has the Larry, Moe, and Curly of autocracies as his remaining friends on the world stage.

The person responsible for this violence and blood is putin, he is a monster who has dictatorial impulses and if he isn't stopped in ukraine will try to expand futher and creat chaos, it is better that russia lose this war decisevely and putin is kicked out of power, i support ukraine and their effors to defend their country

Yes, Ukraine will win.

No, Russia ain't nuking shyt.

Russia will try one last Hail Mary offensive this Spring that will get squashed due to advanced weaponry being supplied by the West.

The better question is: "What is a post-Putin Russia going to look like?"

That scares me the most. Most likely, China gonna step in and essentially own Russia economically.

But the people that want Russia to win, are people that are insecure about their masculinity and believe that Russia is the last bastion of traditionalism. That is why they are emotionally attached to big bad Russia as this beacon of hope for men to be men and women to go back into the kitchen.

Ukraine defense and is getting a blank check for foreign countries to play defense. Russia is sending soldiers who do not even want to be at war to their deaths. Russia would not dare use nuclear weapon because that is practically WW3.

Rise up!
Who is outpacing who attrition wise?
Imo Ukraine is outpacing Russia because they are fighting on their turf. Sooner or later Russia will run out of willpower, resources, and the ability to conduct operations in Ukraine. Ukrainians ain’t going anywhere; most just pick up their weapons and fight where they are. Way less costs on them and their country.

You don't have to follow up a nuke with a nuke. The US is spending a tiny fraction of its defense budget in this war. If Russia used a nuke they would be destroyed by conventional weapons.
If Russia used a nuke, the US would enter this war. The minute a conventional US weapon hit Russian soil, the Russian nuclear doctrine would apply, from there it's about 8 minutes until armageddon.

You know your shyt.

Yep, Odessa is Ukraine. If you take out Odessa, Ukraine is a landlocked country aka a fukked up country with no future. So Ukraine is gonna fight for it.

On the other hand, if Ukraine keeps Odessa, a NATO/US base will be built there. At this point, Russia can't accept that. It's a life or death matter for them.

The battle for Odessa will be crazy. :francis:

Ukraine has started quietly auctioning off all the assets in Odesa to Black Rock companies (you should know who they’re). They just sold a port in Odessa last week to a company under Black Rock for a paltry $5million. :russ:

So, with that, you should know it’s not just gonna be Ukraine alone fighting for Odessa - NATO boots are gonna cross over from Romania, apart from the ones there now. Russia also has a lot of sleeper cells in the city & Transitaria.

That battle is gonna be hell. If Russia can clear Donbas by summer (they’re moving fast there now after taking Soledar & moving fast in Bakhmut/Siversk) - the battle royale in Odessa should start by Autumn. That’s if both sides don’t negotiate by then.

Can’t wait.

Where do you see this information? I haven’t heard anything in regards to russias attrition rate being even remotely similar to ukraines. Wars are of attrition and take time unless something hasty occurs (High level weapon systems CBRNE/WMD).
its not about just Ukraine.
This is a proxy war.

Russia vs The West

the reason the U.S. and other countries are giving so much aid

they're doing it this way to avoid a world war with nukes.
nobody wants that

Yep, I saw Zelensky signing deal with Blackrock two weeks ago.

Ukraine can't last a month itself against Russia.

NATO will put all the battery in Ukraine's back and Russia will go full steam.

We're about to witness the first major conventional confrontation since the Korean War. SMH.

I'm not sure, but I think that's the reason Germany is dancing around the question of tanks supply. They know bullshyt is coming and they don't wanna get caught up in it.
