Man, ya'll living in a fantasy land... :dead:

I'm starting to realize most people have terribly unrealistic expectations. nikkas got a car not and a mortage and want to talk about loan debt, which is needed to have access to a lot of high paying jobs... compared to their house (rent) or car (pay cash down).

If you love her it shouldn’t matter. Real love though. What happens if you marry her and she gets sick? That shyt can easily get up into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. What if you get sick? Should she leave you now because you broke, in debt and putting a major strain on the household’s finances? The way society talks about relationships nowadays is so noncommittal, self oriented and mercenary...then people wonder why they lonely and can’t find real relationships. People got it stuck in their heads that love doesn’t pay the bills. I guess old people who struggled their entire lives have regrets about that and wished they married someone with more money but guess what, people that married for money end up regretting their life too when they in that nice house with a muthafukka they hate and kids that hate them too. Word to Michael Corleone (watched Godfather yesterday :russ:). That nikka died lonely and disliked by everyone. Appalonia was his real love but he ended up with a chick he ended up hating and vice versa. You should always choose real love if you find it.

Word on all that shyt.....rep breh.

You will see breh these next too generations with not wanting to get married and not having kids gonna be fukked once they hit their 60s ans 70s. Especially how materialistic and bad with money they are. I expect the senior citizen homeless and suicide rate to go through the roof once they get of age.

I blame the women who go to school just to get a degree and say they have it...but don't plan on actually working. All they're doing is adding more debt a dude has to cover.

All love is conditional. There is no such thing as true love. Everyone has their breaking point in certain aspects of life.

A marriage is like a recipe. Love is the main ingredient. But without all the other shyt.... sex, money, respect, common goals.... shyt's probably not gonna work. I think it's stupid to say people who divorce over money don't love their spouses. Most of them loved them enough to decide to commit to them for life :yeshrug:

Not all love is conditional breh, that's not true.

There was that story of this bytch who used her simp of a husband to help pay off her student loans and then she divorced him...:snoop: What a trifling fukking bytch... :pacspit:

He shouldn’t have allowed that breh. She was trifling. But IF I get married, we’re having separate accounts and financial lives. Prenups getting signed too. No way you should allow yourself to get played like that. Nikkas are too trusting sometimes.

Anyways, marrying someone with debt isn’t a good idea. Love is love and all that but marriages fall apart over silly BS all the time. If I have debt I’m waiting to get into a serious relationship. Shyt can start to look funny in a relationship when there’s excessive debt or financial stress

TRUE...

i'm thinking these people never sat down and thought about how to eliminate their other debt first and only debt they would have to worried about was they student loans

problem is.... people have student loans, then go add on a mortgage that's probably expensive each month, other utilities, car payments and additional add on's to the house, trips, etc, etc

Yeah, or they can simply never get to having a mortgage, or having kids
60k for a undergraduate degree. :dahell:

I can understand a professional program but damn.

I was being facetious to prove the point breh :troll:

That's what I try to tell brehs.

Excessive debt on either side is not a good look.

A lot of these women don't plan to work after they have children, so a lot of that debt burden she's bringing to the table will eventually fall on you as a man.

This ONLY happens when you and your spouse have no type of SOLID communication between one another during and after the dating/courting phase of getting to know each other

Before you marry someone the first things that need to be known are

1. Sexual history

2. Criminal record if any

3. Debt/financial obligations

4. Family background

5. Education/career goals

6. Any type of alcohol or drug addictions

7. Sexual history
8. Sexual history
9. Sexual history

I have seen this play out a few times, and every time there were red flags the dude ignored on the way to this situation :francis:

It absolutely is. Even within family. IMO it would take some crazy shyt to turn on flesh and blood, but if for example a family member KILLED another family member fukk no, the love ends right there.

Love in marriage is VERY conditional.... it's a partnership; both sides have to pull their weight. Not just financially either.

I wanted to ask- how old are you and are you married?
