This is for go-getters. Fukk being realistic

If you want to ascend income classes, you commit and put forth the time and energy required to yield whatever you desire.

Its easier to find excuses to invalidate than to actually take action.

We wouldn't have planes, cars, the internet, the phone, medicine if people were "realistic"
whats the point of ascending income classes when you're like 50yrs old when you're at the top

idk, unless you got something going on that's gonna make you a multi-millionaire by age 30, it just aint worth the hassle
1 million in 10 years of hard work and dedication is lame tbh

I agree or did you miss my earlier post where I said 1 mil in 10 years is basura ?

Now 100 mill+ ....then we are talking but at that level after the 200 mill mark...life doesn't really improve much so you may lose the motivation to become a billionaire just to be a billionaire

A lot of dreams being sold here

First you need to get an education and employment that will allow you to bring in at least 100k if not more........

I never said rich, not even one time in my post.

Listen white guy, stop trying to throw my black people off. I'm only talking about raw numbers and giving out basic information.

A lot of which is dead wrong.

This thread is about making a million dollars. You're talking about saving 500k by 60.

Everyone understands compound interest little man.

And me being white is irrelevant :umad:

Exactly. Having 500K or even a couple million for "retirement" at 60 isn't an accomplishment. You have a million at 60, now guess what, you're 60 and life is effectively over for you.

There is some good info in the article, but the author is not accounting for income tax, living expenses, student loans, etc., expects you to get a $100k job right out of college, and basically requires you to put all your focus in to gaining revenue in your 20s.

So this is very unrealistic unless you're in NYC or the Bay and you're willing to live with your well off parents for most of those years.

It's definitely for top-tier cities (who would want to live anywhere else?), it's definitely for top-tier people (doesn't necessarily mean the most educated). You're right, it isn't for the "average" guy or "regular" people. Nothing about success is aimed toward those folks though. You sound like a real "average" guy, giving advice based on your zero success at life.

Quote:
This is not a place for mediocre people who are driven by emotion, people who need hand holding or people that need “motivation” to get started.

To reiterate. This blog is *not* for regular people. We want to help those that are *willing to help themselves*. These people will win. We believe everyone deserves access to the tools for success. What you do with those tools is entirely up to you.

Regular guy logic. Cats haven't put in the time or effort necessary to succeed at anything in life then want to come online and offer "advice."

Funny thing is these guys are dead on with pretty much everything they talk about. Money, relationships, lifestyle, health, "game" and so on.

Again, zero competition out there for those that listen.
