Based on the vacation commercials and the offshore banking reputation, i thought belize was up there with the Bahamas in modernity and wealth. But Breh up here putting yall in the same bracket as honduras and Guatamala

That's where I was thinking of going had I gotten indicted. It's easy to look up their GDP but again no real need if the country was poppin like that there'd be way more people going there.
You could but you'd need a passport to board the ship.
Since I thought of this if he could the best thing would be to drive to mexico and start catching buses and walk across borders.
But even that with donnie pressing them on their borders it'd still be low key difficult to cross the border(s)
It's not that hard to drive and walk across (well maybe harder now with CBP everywhere obviously no one is looking for people going into Mexico but chances are high that Border Patrol are patrolling hard on bothsides of the border.
Again Mexico is sorta like america other than the areas controlled by the narcos you're not moving around Mexico without triggering the police especially as a Black Gringo. There's a couple Black Expat enclaves down there but they ain't carrying nobody.
In Guatamala Honduras and Belize and further down Bolivia are cash based societies where you'd spend maybe 1000 to1200 maybe a little less if you scrimp. a month. You get an apartment in a non capital city and link with a local who could get you some documents no questions asked You get bank accounts in the fake name invest the money slowly by dollar coast averaging ( to not trigger the money laundering) Open a bar or grab a farm and with around 200K you got bribe money and walking around money to sustain you until you can pass as your Identity. After a couple of years the americans stop looking for you unless you're unlucky. You'd be out of sight out of mind.
actually if there's only a half million people Belize is way too small. Sure he's Black so he could blend in, But there's Black english speakers in Guatamala Honduras and Nicaragua.
The better play would I guess be Nicaragua. less crime kinda a police state but dirt poor so massive corruption probably easy to assume someone's Indentity and or get a new ID.

It just amazes me how people get new identities when they run.
If I crossed into Canada , I wouldn't even know how to get a fake id or how to steal some one else's.

I got concepts of a plan.

We have no tax base to do anything productive. shyt, you can not pay your property tax and by law, the govt can’t take your land. You just can’t sell it until it’s paid.
I don’t know how people get it out there. I rep a town of 10K. If you don’t work for the town, aren’t a police man or don’t serve for BDF (Belize Defense Force), you are a farmer or small business owner. Because nobody has money, your business won’t make you rich.
I thought about opening a call center. The starting capital is a little outside my range though. It’s a trip when you hear Jamaicans answer your customer service call.
I forget which companies use CARICOM instead of South Asians for their customer service calls but shout out to them.
