100 Burpee Challenge

Last summer, we had to do burpees for 20 mins as part of a conditioning exercise. The coach showed us what a burpee was and I was like:pachaha: 'cause that shyt looked so easy. When I got somewhere between 30-40 that burn seriously hit me :sadcam::damn:. I lost count after that and have no idea how many I did. I'm a pretty strong and fit dude, but I felt completely :flabbynsick: afterwards. The whole squad was laid out everywhere like

But knock them burpees out bruhs :cheers:. You gotta put in work to be an alpha male :yayo:

I did another 100 last night in sets of ten. i would take a minute rest for the first 60 but by the last 40 it crept up into a minute and a half - 3 minutes rest. I had to get mad at the last set to get through it but i did it faster then the first time. When i finished i found a wall and i was like this pondering the meaning of life in exhaustion.

yeah, I do these with my calisthenics routine everyday

nikkas like to talk shyt about burpees and half burpees and then when they try to do those jawns they start dyin

the most i can do in a row right now is maybe 12-15, but i'm workin

My strength gains across all weight lifting platforms has increased dramatically since doing this. I dont care how long it takes i do 10 sets of ten. Obviously now it has become a lot easier since this thread was created. My muscular endurance has increased, my mental endurance has increased and my strength has increased.

just did these for the first time yesterday:noah:

i tried doing these in sets of 20 but after 40 i had to knock it down to 15 then 10 until i got to 100. i was on the ground like:dead:

Yea, thats that kinda tired that makes you appreciate the people around you.

I do um in sets of 10 bruh. I dont care. By 60 my brain hits that wall like. *am i really going to get through this* I did not do any last week. I ended up getting faded saturday my dead lift workout on friday had me kinda parked. Sunday, recovered. I gotta get this in 2wice a week though so this saturday and sunday i definately gotta get it done.
