Honestly, I think I could maybe do 10 before I said f'it

Alot of it is mental. YOu can do more then that. Just try. Sets of 10 till you get to a point where you are broken physically. Where that last jump off the ground is feelin like you got some bytch in your system. ol half ass bytch ass jump. Im past that phase but a few weeks ago, i was there.

If you have a girl. Do them in front of her. It helped motivate me more to not want to look weak in front of my lady. Start your next set after your heartrate returns to normal.

I just completed it man. I didn't do em in a row though, did 10 reps/set and rested for a minute until the 8th set, then I busted out 20. a nikka is tired right now, but I'm happy I finished it. pos reps for you

next week I will do them until I hit 20 reps/set, then keep increasing until I can do 100 in a row

I need to find out how many i can do in a row. I just hate lookin at the ceiling like :why: why was i born mortal.

Yea, thats that kinda tired that makes you appreciate the people around you.

I do um in sets of 10 bruh. I dont care. By 60 my brain hits that wall like. *am i really going to get through this* I did not do any last week. I ended up getting faded saturday my dead lift workout on friday had me kinda parked. Sunday, recovered. I gotta get this in 2wice a week though so this saturday and sunday i definately gotta get it done.

good info bruh. i did them in 10 and still got a good sweat in. i try to do some pull ups, push ups and lift a little weights afterward but my body just died on me.

Are you guys doing these at a fast pace? or are you doing them at a decent pace?

Whatever you can handle and as fast as you can do them with correct form. If you cant handle them at a almost static like pace you damn sure cant do them fast.

Also.

NO CHEATING ON THE PUSHUP

Some cats who do them at a fast pace jump, hit the ground, immediately sprawl and then just jump back to their feet and jump in the air. You really need to comitt to that pushup and go all the way down and at that point jump your feet in front of your body so you can jump in the air from a squatted position. The burn in the legs is :ohlawd:
