I’ve enjoyed all other exercises you been on but burpees is one I’m never going to get into, rather do push ups, weights, ab roller, and sprint workout which I just finished doing than 100 burpees where I feel like I’m being punished…. :francis:


good shyt though if you enjoy it.

The ergonomics of the ab roller jus felt super off for me... could never get it to gel wit my body

Lol Real talk, When i dont feel shyt thats when i know I was bullshyttin tryna rush thru the workout. I be feelin hella pointless after

Thanks to this thread, I said fukk it, Ill try it too.

So far, 2 days in. Problem is going from not really doing burpees to straight 100/day is tough. My body feels it.

I might have to do 80/day this month, and boost up as I go.

But good stuff, OP. Keep going!

I went from not doing burpees at all to 100/day. Your body is GOING to feel it but you can push through it :salute:

But Either way as long as you gettin it in you in the paint ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

instead of doing it all at once....25 every 6 hours or so.
