Glad you said it cuz I’m definitely only doing no more than 25/set lmaoJust got on the burpees wave. 100 a day 4 sets of 25
I’ve enjoyed all other exercises you been on but burpees is one I’m never going to get into, rather do push ups, weights, ab roller, and sprint workout which I just finished doing than 100 burpees where I feel like I’m being punished….
good shyt though if you enjoy it.
