I just started following this burpee fanatic on IG, halalfitnessllc
Think I'm going to start with the burpees where you don't do the push up then work my way up from there
I do 25 push ups and 20 curls each hand (25lbs) every 45 minutes from 8-5pm and i'm seeing my cardio recovery from that improving every day so I'm sure burpees will get easier if I can finally stick to a routine. Them first couple days are hell though and I never been able to make it through a whole week of the 50 or 100 a day plans
