I just started following this burpee fanatic on IG, halalfitnessllc
Think I'm going to start with the burpees where you don't do the push up then work my way up from there

I do 25 push ups and 20 curls each hand (25lbs) every 45 minutes from 8-5pm and i'm seeing my cardio recovery from that improving every day so I'm sure burpees will get easier if I can finally stick to a routine. Them first couple days are hell though and I never been able to make it through a whole week of the 50 or 100 a day plans :mjcry:

Im on day 9, this shyt tough but starts getting hella rewarding after getting through the first week.

The time to do the hunned has decreased, the progress is always motivating

Feeling my conditioning/VO2 Max improving, arms, legs and core feeling a little stronger.

This shyt dope af. Ima definitely keep burpees in the gym rotation after this challenge is over.

I didnt watch but only clicked on the 1st and last videos. Your time went from 25 minutes on the 1st day to just over 10 minutes on the 8th day? If so, that’s incredible:salute:

At one point I was able to do 100 in right around 10 minutes. Shoulder jacked up now so that won’t be happening again anytime soon

Been on the burpee steez for a weeks. I do burpees and alternate with navy seals the next day. It's amazing how this movement can humble you.



Real talk, simple movement have you straight GASSED

Jail nikkas be making these joints look simple as fukk, jumpin hella high doin backflips n shyt :dead:
