I’ve enjoyed all other exercises you been on but burpees is one I’m never going to get into, rather do push ups, weights, ab roller, and sprint workout which I just finished doing than 100 burpees where I feel like I’m being punished….
good shyt though if you enjoy it.
The ergonomics of the ab roller jus felt super off for me... could never get it to gel wit my body

now you gotta add some shyt that's gonna make ya workouts take longer
