How many are y'all repping in a row.. and when did y'all start getting some proper changes?
But when did you notice changes (if any) in your physique/chest?I can do up to 50 in a row and then I'll start feeling fatigue, but I do sets of 34-33-33 now. And for me, I'd say about 3 weeks to a month in doing them everyday the biggest thing I've noticed is that I can do more in a row before tiring out than before I started the challenge.
