i had been watching this thread but haven't posted yet. glad to see something from the gym get featured! A lot of my time is in front of a computer or playing a game so I pretty much just bust out 10 or 20 while things load or render. 100 is not that hard.

:mjlol: and no it's not going to hurt you.

@flea had a thread probably a year or two ago saying that everytime you post, you should do ten pushups.

i'm on my third day and sitting at 0 so far. I'll probably do it as a warmup to my actual workout. :ehh:

I salute anyone who wants to get fit but.... 100 pushups can't really be considered a challenge breh, even a flabbynsick breh can bang out 10 ten times in a day.

Do 200 a day :ehh:

i think the 100 days is the challenge part. but you're part right. however, there are so many people that don't do anything at all that it kind of is a challenge.

I had tennis elbow for the past 2 years .. Been slacking for about a year now. I think the tennis elbow has eased up so fukk it I'm down too ..
