Been doin this somewhat consistently for a couple months now. Up to 40 a set. I find myself getting into a mode where I'll just sporadically 20 here, 25 there all throughout the day after Ive hit my initial sets. That shyt got a nikka lil bird chest poppin out somethin decent.

Nah. I wouldn't say that I have. My last few reps tend to be dirty sometimes. I just wanna try to clean em up before I go higher

What the solution for chicken leg

I got the same problem
Barbell body squats, leg extension, leg press, walking dumbbell lunges for the quads.

For the hamstrings - deadlifts (traditional or Romanian deadlifts), leg curl machine (sitting or lying down)

I hit 500 a day for about 6 weeks straight.Threw in 30 pull ups per day, just for the hell of it.A couple of coworkers told me I was looking ripped, but I couldn't sustain it.This was way back in August.I haven't his a single push up/pull up since the middle of September.Physique still holding on, tho.

500 is excessive bruh. I was aiming for like 300 a day earlier in the year and even cut back on that.

Right now I'm doing 100 a day. two sets of 25 in the morning, 2 in the evening before bed. If I'm feeling jazzy, I'll bust out more randomly throughout the day but as long as I'm getting 100, I'm good with it.
