Why the fukk are you walking past coyotes?
Coyotes don't eat or hunt humans. They see you and keep it moving. Only ones that'll come after you have rabies or are trying to protect their young.

The trails I use for follow rivers and cut by forests or are in forests.

There's a piece of farm land. They got cows and shyt.

Edit: Tried to incorporate leg workout day, and my legs were like nope lol

Side note, what do yall brehs/brehettes do as far as eating/diet...I assume since you're moving around more/more active, switching diet is also a part of it

Focus on whole foods or three ingredient dishes. The simpler and less processed, the better.

If your grandmother doesn’t recognize it as food, eat less of it

You should only be switching diet if your diet is trash. All I do is increase my cals a little.

I have walked 75k so far since Monday.

Today I walked 25k steps.

I’m trying to get to 100k tomorrow and I want to keep going until I get to 150k by Sunday and then continue that momentum for the next few weeks.

I’m in a step challenge at my job so I’m trying to win, but what’s great about it is that I love walking so doing 20k steps a day is so easy for me.

I’m hoping I can start doing 30k a day.
