Any recommendations for one of those portable under the bed/couch walking treadmills ? Trying get one for my cousin

I got this one to go with my standing desk in office. Nothing fancy but easy steps when going through files or typing emails. When I'm on speaker phone on cell on my standing desk, the other side can't hear the machine. But my office phone (closer to the machine), the other side hears the noise.

Putting in big #s!
appreciate it,:salute: trying to do a little something lol :russ:

I just put on my headphones and early in the morning (before I go anywhere) walk in the house for 30-45 (around 5K steps) to start my day...it gets easier that way
(Normally I repeat this when Im shutting it down for the evening too)

20k steps today. 2nd time this year. For the week I have walked 102k steps averaging 14k a day. Never heard of those portable walking treadmill. Need to look into that.

They're good for Work From Home, Rainy/Snowy Days.

A very light rain jacket (I get hot as a mug when I walk/jog/run) with a hood with some water proof shoes is an option

I need to get one, cause I end up pacing in my apartment.

yeah I don't want to pick the right one either lol

Side note, I wonder if adding weighted vests would help increase the workout/cardio
I would think so…. So I’ll buy one for my cousin… I found that I like … I’ll get a weighted vest and try his machine.. if I like it… I’ll get myself one as well… if I do 10k steps a day with a weighted vest…. It might make a lil difference
